CASTLE PINES

ABOUT CASTLE PINES, CO

Founded in 2008, Castle Pines is still relatively new and developing, and it’s quickly gaining a glowing reputation while holding onto a small-town community feel. At 6,363 feet, its elevation is higher than Denver and it’s nestled north of Castle Rock and south Lone Tree and. It’s close enough to make for an easy city commute, but feels a world away with its rolling hills, majestic buttes and breathtaking vistas.

The city’s 9.5 square miles include 14 miles of bikeways and trails, 560 acres of open space, and the alluring Elk Ridge Park where a climbing wall, splash pad waterfall and picnic pavilions offer the ideal spot to play while taking in 360-degree views. You can also make your way to Rueter-Hess Reservoir for water adventures and Daniel’s Park, where the picturesque trails feature one of the best views of the Colorado Front Range.

The Ridge at Castle Pines North is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Golf Course and you’re also not far from the incredible, private Castle Pines Golf Club. Castle Pines is home to many gated communities like The Village at Castle Pines, as well as newer-built communities, live-play-work communities, and larger, more private lots.
