Many of the beautiful Victorian homes in Observatory Park were built between 1890 and 1910, but there are also a number of mid-century ranch style homes. The neighborhood is evolving with top to bottom remodels, scrapes and completely new modern & hip homes. It’s got a historic base with a fun modern vibe and it’s only getting better!
The mature-tree-lined Observatory Park, named for the Romanesque Chamberlin Observatory, is a haven for rugby games, basketball players, tennis gurus, stroller-gripping mothers, and picnickers. If you’re looking for a Denver neighborhood with an eclectic mix of people, great food and drink options and close proximity to everything Denver has to offer, look no further than Observatory Park!
