RUBY HILL
ABOUT RUBY HILL
Ruby Hill is bordered by Santa Fe & Federal on the sides along with Mississippi & Jewell. It provides quick access to I-25 along with multiple light rail stations, making it easy to connect into Downtown Denver. The neighborhood is also within close proximity to Santa Fe Drive, which features art galleries, restaurants and nightlife.
The architecture here is mainly ranch-style homes, many of which are brick. Some residents are graced with amazing city views, some enjoy bigger lots and wider streets, and all seem to enjoy all the local amenities.
Ruby Hill Park houses the Levitt Pavilion, where free concerts are hosted in the summer and there is a terrain park for snowsports in the winter. Ruby Hill Park also includes a mountain biking park, playground, basketball and volleyball courts. Nearby is also the Sanderson Gulch Trail and Park, a five-mile trail that is popular for bikers, runners & walkers.
